By creating an account or using GM Online (the "Service") at gmonline.ai, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Content is delivered according to your account's age-appropriate rating.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in and for activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through Microsoft Entra External ID and supported identity providers.

4. Subscriptions & billing

5. Acceptable use & content

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass safety or access controls, harass others, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may moderate, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The GM Online name, logo, persona ("The Loremaster"), and original software and content are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY]. Game rules content derives from the SRD 5.2.1 under CC-BY-4.0; attribution is provided in the app. You retain rights to original character descriptions you create, granting us a license to operate the Service.
